Get up and running fast
1. Installation
After purchasing, you will receive your serial number by email. Download the digisync.zip file and install it via WordPress.
- Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
- Upload digisync.zip and click Install Now
- Click Activate Plugin
2. Licence Activation
Navigate to WooCommerce → Clover Integration → Licence tab. Enter your serial number and click Activate.
3. Connecting to Clover
Go to the Settings tab and enter your Clover credentials.
Click Test Connection to verify. A diagnostic panel will show the exact HTTP response from Clover if there's an issue.
4. Importing Products
Go to the Import tab. Your Clover categories and products are fetched live. Select items and click Import Selected.
5. Webhook Setup
In the Webhook tab, copy your notification URL and paste it into your Clover Developer App's webhook settings.
6. Order Sync
Orders are pushed to Clover automatically when payment is confirmed. Each WooCommerce order gets a _clover_order_id stored as meta, visible in the order admin panel.
Stock is simultaneously deducted from Clover's inventory. Customer order notes are synced to the Clover order note field.
